Introducing PinsXP
Jaime Miles · Founder & CEO
A memory layer for real life, and an agent that works for you.
The experience fabric for life.
The gap
AI is learning how to plan your life. It still does not know what you lived.
Assistants recommend restaurants, build itineraries, and answer questions about places with growing skill. But the memory they reason from is thin: fragments you happened to type, guesses inferred from clicks. Maps know places, but not your lived context. Social feeds influence your choices, but they optimize for attention, not for you. And the record of your actual life, the dinners, trips, shows, hikes, and celebrations that make it yours, stays scattered across a camera roll, a review site, a group chat, and a reservation email.
Nothing owns the whole loop of a real experience: discovering it, planning it, living it, rating it, sharing it, and remembering it. That is the gap PinsXP was built for.
What PinsXP is
PinsXP starts with one small act: capture a Moment around a real experience. What happened, where, with whom, and what to remember. Moments anchor to real places and real time, and they build into something no feed ever gave you: a personal map and timeline of your life.
From that one act, the rest follows. Your history becomes searchable memory instead of scattered fragments. Your ratings and notes become trusted recommendations for the people you actually know. Group plans, itineraries, albums, and communities grow out of experiences rather than being bolted onto them. And because life did not start the day you downloaded an app, PinsXP helps you bring your past with you, turning the photos and memories you already have into part of your map.
People, the businesses that host experiences, communities, and even pets each get a full place in the fabric, because real experiences are shared. A dinner belongs to the people at the table and the restaurant that served it. PinsXP models life the way it actually happens.
An agent on your side
Every PinsXP account comes with its own AI agent team, and the team works for you. That sentence is the product's spine, and it is worth being precise about.
Your agent exists to understand your experiences, protect your memory, and make the next experience easier: to remember what you loved, notice what matters, and help you plan with your own history behind the suggestion. What it does not do is impersonate you, publish for you, or trade your private life away. Your private memory stays sealed on your side, guarded by an agent whose only job is protecting it. What the world sees is only what you chose to make public. We call the discipline behind this Agentic Protection(TM): your agent understands you; it never becomes you, and it never works against you.
This is the difference between PinsXP and platforms that know a great deal about you for someone else's benefit. Here, the intelligence belongs to the account. You are not the product; you are the person the system answers to.
Not another social app
PinsXP has profiles, sharing, and friends, so the comparison is natural, but the center of gravity is different. Social media optimizes for attention: what will keep the most people scrolling. PinsXP optimizes for memory and meaning: what you lived, what it meant, and what you and the people you trust might love next. Sharing here is a choice about your own story, not a performance for an algorithm. The feed serves the life, not the other way around.
The product is free for people, and it stays that way; the business side of experiences funds the fabric.
Where it stands
PinsXP is available now on iOS, Android, and the web. What ships today is a foundation: capture, memory, maps, communities, itineraries, albums, ratings, and the beginning of what your agent can do for you. We are building in the open with the communities we serve, and the product you download today gets steadily better.
Who we are
PinsXP is built by a senior team that has spent careers operating consumer platforms and networks serving tens of millions of people, across Meta, Comcast, Charter, Time Warner, and Level 3: Jaime Miles (Chief Executive Officer), David Bell (Chief Technology Officer), Peter Nush (Chief Product Officer), and Chad King (Chief Legal Officer), with nine advisors across policy, media, AI, advertising, product, and go-to-market.
We are building the layer we always wanted for our own lives: a place where experiences are remembered, shared on your terms, and represented by an agent that is genuinely yours.
The fabric of your experiences.
PinsXP is live on iOS, Android, and the web at pinsxp.com.
