PinsXP Child and Minor Safety Statement

PinsXP is designed for adults aged 18 years and over. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account anywhere in the world. We do not knowingly allow minors to access or use the App.

1. Zero-tolerance policy

PinsXP takes the protection of children seriously and has a zero-tolerance approach to any content or behaviour that exploits, endangers, or harms children or young people in any way. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material
• Sexualisation of minors
• Grooming or predatory behaviour
• Depictions, and suspicions of child endangerment, abuse, or exploitation

2. Reporting and enforcement

Users can report suspected violations directly in the App or by contacting compliance@pinsxp.com. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Where necessary:

• Content will be removed
• Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned
• Incidents involving child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, or credible threats will be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Evidence preservation

Evidence of any activities suspected of violating this statement will be preserved securely for law enforcement investigations, with access strictly limited to authorised personnel.
