We want PinsXP to be the place you come to share experiences and find new ones, without the drama. To keep it fun and safe for everyone, we expect you to:

• Keep it Respectful: Treat people like real humans, no bullying, abuse, harassment, hate speech or threats of violence.
• Keep it Fun (and Legal): Share the best spots and the hidden gems, but don't do or share anything illegal, dangerous, or that could actually hurt someone.
• Keep it Private: Your story, your choice but respect other people's privacy. No sharing private information.
• Keep it Real: Be yourself, not someone else. No impersonations, scams or fake engagement.
• Keep it Safe: PinsXP has zero tolerance to anything involving the endangerment of minors, sexual exploitation or violent extremism.

1. Reporting and enforcement

See something off? Block it. Report it.

We review reports within 24 hours and remove objectionable or abusive content that breaks the rules. Serious rule breaches may go to law enforcement.

2. Appeals

Got banned unfairly? You can appeal the decision by emailing us at compliance@pinsxp.com.
