Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your PinsXP account, you can do so directly within the app or by contacting our support team.
How to Delete Your Account in the App

Go to your Profile by selecting the profile icon in the bottom right of the app screen

Select the menu button in the top right of the app screen

Select the “Delete Account” menu item at the bottom of the list
Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:
Please include the email address associated with your PinsXP account in your request.
What Happens to Your Data
When you delete your PinsXP account, the following data handling applies:
Data Removed
The following data is removed from active use in the system immediately upon account deletion, and is permanently deleted after 30 days:
- Moments (photos and posts)
- Likes
- Comments
- Itineraries
- Follows and follower relationships
Data Retained
The following data is retained for security and fraud prevention purposes:
- Username
- Email address
Why we retain this data: We keep your username and email address to prevent others from using them to create a new account, and to preserve your ability to re-join PinsXP in the future with the same credentials.
